Endy is a California licensed attorney who practices primarily in the areas of Tax, Estate Planning, Business Consulting, and Non-Profit consulting.

Endy has an LL.M. (Masters of Law in Taxation) from Golden Gate University, San Francisco, CA in May 2002. He started the Ukoha-Ajike Law Group in July 2002, and is located in Oakland, California. Endy recently obtained a Certificate in Negotiations from the Negotiations Institute of Harvard University Law School in June 2013.

He is a member of the Estates and Trust, Business, and Taxation Sections of the State Bar of California and of the Alameda County Bar Association. He served for 2 years on the Partnerships and LLC Committee of the State Bar of California charged with contributing to the drafting of new LLC laws in California.

Endy has served as a volunteer attorney with the AIDS Legal Referral Panel of San Francisco since 2003. He served from 2012 to 2014 as a volunteer attorney in the “Lawyers in the Library” free legal advice program” at Hayward Library. Endy served on the Board of the Peralta Colleges Foundation, Oakland, CA for 3 years. He currently serves on the Professional Advisors Council of The San Francisco Foundation.
