Adilene Hurd

Paralegal-in-Residence

Our Paralegal-in-Residence, Adilene Hurd, assists Endy to enhance attorney effectiveness by managing and responding to client requests and inquiries, aiding in the preparation of legal documents and providing general administrative support. Adilene graduated from the University of California Santa Barbara with a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies and a minor in Geological Sciences.  For several years, Adilene worked as a plant scientist in the Bay Area before deciding to change careers. She received her paralegal certificate from California State University East Bay, an ABA accredited program.  Since then, she has gained experience in a wide variety of civil practice areas including estate planning, probate, and business law. She joined our firm in February of 2018. Her mission is to provide clients with a positive experience through ongoing support and aiding Endy in rendering the law accessible to all.

Adilene is deeply committed to environmental issues such as environmental justice and ecological restoration and preservation. She delights in planting California native species in her community and growing rarer natives in her home garden. In her spare time, Adilene enjoys traveling and taking advantages of the nature preserves in the Bay Area and around the world with her family and two energetic huskies.
