Adilene Hurd is a paralegal assisting Endy to enhance attorney effectiveness. Adilene graduated from the University of California Santa Barbara with a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies and a minor in Geological Sciences. For several years, Adilene worked as a plant scientist in the Bay Area before deciding to change careers. She received her paralegal certificate from California State University East Bay, an ABA accredited program. Since then, she has gained experience in a wide variety of civil practice areas including estate planning, probate, and business law. She joined our firm in February of 2018 as a paralegal-in-residence, then took a hiatus from the law firm in 2020 to spend time with her new baby and attend law school at UC Law SF. She earned her J.D. in May 2024. Her mission is to make the law accessible to all and assist Endy in providing clients with the best outcome possible.
Adilene is deeply committed to environmental justice, equal access to the law, and promoting generational wealth in minority communities. In her spare time, Adilene enjoys native gardening, traveling, and taking advantages of the nature preserves in the Bay Area and around the world with her family and two energetic huskies.
