Founding Partner

Endy Ukoha-Ajike

Endy Ukoha-Ajike is a California-licensed attorney and the founder of Ukoha-Ajike Law Group, established in July 2002 in Oakland, California. He focuses his practice on Taxation, Estate Planning, Business Consulting, and Nonprofit Organizations, advising individuals, families, and business entities on complex legal and financial matters.

Endy earned his LL.M. in Taxation from Golden Gate University School of Law in May 2002. He later completed a Certificate in Negotiation from the Negotiation Institute at Harvard Law School in June 2013, further strengthening his ability to advocate effectively and strategically for his clients.

He is an active member of the Estates and Trusts, Business Law, and Taxation Sections of the State Bar of California, as well as the Alameda County Bar Association. Endy also served for two years on the State Bar of California’s Partnerships and LLC Committee, contributing to the drafting of updated LLC legislation in California.

Committed to service and community engagement, Endy has volunteered with the AIDS Legal Referral Panel of San Francisco since 2003. From 2012 to 2014, he participated in the “Lawyers in the Library” program at the Hayward Library, providing free legal guidance to community members. He previously served for three years on the Board of the Peralta Colleges Foundation in Oakland and currently serves on the Professional Advisors Council of The San Francisco Foundation.

In his spare time, Endy enjoys watching football (soccer), cherishing moments with his family including his wonderful teenage daughter, awesome bonus daughter, brilliant, super hot wife, and adorable new grandson.

Adilene Hurd

Adilene Hurd is an associate attorney who assists clients with estate planning, probate, and trust administration matters. She is dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate complex legal processes with clarity and confidence.

Adilene earned her bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and later received her paralegal certificate from California State University, East Bay, an ABA-accredited program.

She went on to gain hands-on experience across a broad range of civil practice areas, including estate planning, probate, and business law.

In 2020, Adilene took time away from practice to welcome her new baby and pursue her legal education. She earned her Juris Doctor in May 2024 from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco.

Adilene’s mission is to make the law accessible and understandable while working diligently to achieve the best possible outcomes for her clients. She is particularly passionate about environmental justice, expanding access to legal services, and helping minority communities build and preserve generational wealth.

Outside the office, Adilene enjoys native gardening, traveling, and exploring nature preserves throughout the Bay Area and beyond with her family and their two energetic huskies.
