Endy Ukoha-Ajike
Endy Ukoha-Ajike is a California licensed attorney that practices primarily in the areas of Tax and Estate Planning, Business and Non Profit Consulting.

Endy holds an LL.M. (Masters of Law in Taxation) from Golden Gate University, San Francisco, CA. He graduated from University of Calabar, Nigeria, where he earned a Bachelor of laws (LL.B.) degree in 1988, and was admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 1989. He is also licensed to practice before all the courts of the State of California and the United States Tax Court. Endy worked in various law firms in the Bay Area where he relocated to in 1998, before starting this private practice in San Francisco in July 2002. He serves as outside General Counsel of various small businesses in the Bay Area and Sacramento where his offices are located.

He is a member of the Estates and Trust, Business, and Real Property Sections of the State Bar of California; the Estates and Trust, Business and Taxation Sections of the Alameda County Bar Association; Estates and Trusts, Business and Taxation Sections of the Sacramento County Bar Association; Charles Houston Bar Association; Wiley Manuel Bar Association, and the Sacramento Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Endy also serves as a volunteer attorney with the AIDS Legal Referral Panel of San Francisco and currently serves on the Partnerships and LLC Committee of the State Bar charged with writing the new LLC laws in California.

He is a devout Christian and firm believer that only God's grace, mercy, faithfulness, and favor has brought us where we are today and continues to guide us daily.

Sean Boang
Sean Boang is a California licensed attorney who represents clients primarily in the areas of estate planning, business formation, probate, and trust administration.

He obtained his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Golden Gate University in 2007 and was admitted to the California Bar that same year. He holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of California, San Diego. Sean has worked with The Ukoha-Ajike Law Group since 2005 when he served as a law clerk beginning with his second year of law school. He currently works with clients on complex estate planning matters.

Twa’Lea Randolph
Twa'Lea Randolph is the newest member of our team. She is currently a 2E/3E student at University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. Twa'Lea received her bachelor of science in Business Marketing from California State University, Sacramento. Twa'Lea is also a United States Army Veteran who served in Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Prior to coming to work for the Ukoha-Ajike Law Group, Twa'Lea worked as a Judicial Extern for Justice Vance Raye in California's Third District Court of Appeal.

As a law clerk, Twa'Lea identifies and solicits information from clients necessary to draft business agreements, forms, and court documents. She also assists in drafting documents necessary to service our clients' business and estate planning needs.

In her spare time, Twa'Lea enjoys reading, exercising, writing poetry, traveling and spending time with her family. Contact her now.

 

Anna Lee
Anna Lee is one of the original members of the Ukoha Law team. She assisted Endy Ukoha-Ajike during his first year in business and is now our Office Manager and Legal Assistant. She is a friendly and knowledgeable client liaison for the Ukoha Group and assists those that come into our Oakland office for meetings and consultations.

Anna supports the team and takes care of the many details that are required to service our clients well. She provides an exceptional level of professional service and attention to the many needs of our law group. Throughout her many years of experience in the legal field, she has assisted several San Francisco Bay Area attorneys, all specializing in estate planning. This experience has given Anna a deep understanding of our legal services and the needs of clients.

Before her involvement with the Ukoha team, Anna completed the Asian American Studies Program at San Francisco State University in 2000. Shortly after, she held a position as Project Manager for an IT training company in San Francisco. Contact her now.
